Commercial Rates

Guidelines for hiring the building are below:
 
Hire charges are as follows: (To be invoiced monthly)
 
Main Hall - £240.00 per day or £30.00 per hour.
Back Hall - £192.00 per day or £24.00 per hour.
Minimum of 3 hours hire.

Additional hire of back hall (if booking Main Hall) £80.00 / per day.

OHP/ projection screen / flipchart stand / TV / video / DVD £20.00 per day / £10.00 per half day. (Hire of flipchart paper is an extra £7.00).

A video projector is available for an extra £10.00 / per day.

Refreshments - £3.00 per person per day.

Morning and afternoon tea / coffee and biscuits. (Self service).

Cancellation fees:

75% when less than 7 days notice.
50% when less than 14 days notice.
25% when less than 30 days notice.

The above rates are for a maximum of 15 people. Please contact us for delegate rates for 15+ people.
